Eu uso água filtrada sempre. Após isso escorra e retire bem a água. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Misture o alface, o tomate, o pepino, a cebola, a hortelã, o tempero verde e o trigo. Já vi que terá um lugar nos lanches e almoços aqui de casa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*MASSA:&lt;br /&gt;-400gr de ricota&lt;br /&gt;-200ml de leite desnatado&lt;br /&gt;- orégano a vontade&lt;br /&gt;-manjericão a vontade&lt;br /&gt;-3 fatias de mussarela light&lt;br /&gt;-queijo parmesão ralado( eu usei uma colher de sopa)&lt;br /&gt;-2 colheres de trigo integral( ou amido de milho)&lt;br /&gt;- sal a gosto&lt;br /&gt;- pimenta a gosto( usei do reino)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* RECHEIO( Use a imaginação.Eu usei oq tinha na geladeira)&lt;br /&gt;- milho&lt;br /&gt;-peito de peru defumado&lt;br /&gt;-tomate picadinho&lt;br /&gt;-cebola picadinha&lt;br /&gt;-mussarela light&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*MODO DE PREPARO&lt;br /&gt;Pré aqueça o forno por uns 15 min.&lt;br /&gt;Bata todos os ingredientes da massa no liquidificador. &lt;br /&gt;Num refratário untado e enfarinhado, despeje parte da massa, coloque o recheio e por cima, o restante da massa que sobrou. E com ele uma mesa farta, cheia de comidinhas. Eu sei q é só um dia( ou dois né..pq dia 25 todo mundo almoça o que restou do dia 24), mas acho que se a gente pode cortar calorias, melhor fazer!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eu estou bolando uma ceia, digamos, light...rs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hoje mesmo testei a rabanada assada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E ficou bem gostosinha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pensem: uma rabanada frita tem em média 450 calorias. A assada tem umas 150.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Uma boa troca não??&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;RABANADA ASSADA LEVINHA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_05OJhZTraLk/Syj5135ux1I/AAAAAAAAAa4/L_QnFGd8Uug/s1600-h/5.JPG"&gt;&lt;img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_05OJhZTraLk/Syj5135ux1I/AAAAAAAAAa4/L_QnFGd8Uug/s320/5.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5415853255847495506" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;-4 pães amanhecidos( usei o frances)&lt;br /&gt;-200ml de leite desnatado&lt;br /&gt;-1/2 lata de leite condensado light&lt;br /&gt;-1 ovo inteiro&lt;br /&gt;-Açúcar light&lt;br /&gt;- Canela em pó&lt;br /&gt;- Margarina light&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de fazer:&lt;br /&gt;Pré aqueça o forno por 15-20 min.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Corte os pães em rodelas de 1,5cm mais ou menos. Unte um tabuleiro com a margarina.&lt;br /&gt;Numa vasilha funda, misture o leite desnatado, leite condesnado e o ovo. Bata com um garfo até misturar bem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vá mergulhando as fatias nessa mistura até que fiquem molhadinhas. E distribua pelo tabuleiro. Se sobrar da mistura, jogue por cima das fatias de pão.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Polvilhe canela e leve ao forno. Espere uns 10 min e vire as fatias de pão, polvilhe mais canela e deixe mais uns 10 min.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Num prato misture o açucar light e canela pra passar as rabanadas. Evite deixar muito açucar...é só pra dar aquela adoçadinha mesmo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E pronto. Não tirei fotos( não deu tempo..rs). Em uma panela, aqueça o azeite e doure os filés. No liquidificador, bata os ingredientes do molho e aqueça rapidamente para o iogurte não talhar. Eu adorava.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fim de semana passado ela veio nos visitar e meu filho pediu pra fazermos um sorvete.&lt;br /&gt;Como estamos as duas de dieta, rs, resolvemos adaptar a receita para uma versão menos calórica...mas não menos gostosinha pro verão.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;1 pacotinho desses de preparo pro pudim de chocolate diet( vc vai precisar de leite desnatado)&lt;br /&gt;1 caixinha de creme de leite light&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de leite condesando light&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de preparo&lt;br /&gt;Faça o pudim conforme a embalagem. Derrubou árvores, destruiu telhados, acabou com uma academia e uma padaria...foi horrível.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sinal de que alguma coisa não anda bem né?! Aquecimento global me dá medo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mas voltando ao assunto principal do blog, nesses dias de calor eu fico mole, sem vontade de comer comida mesmo...fico doida por sucos, vitaminas..bem refrescantes e geladinhos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hoje foi dia de suco no lanche da tarde. Aí pensei: "Acho que vou usar o pobrezinho"...hahaha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A receita é simples e fácil...mas se tem que ser feita de um dia pro outro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aí vai:&lt;br /&gt;Prepare 2 caixinhas de gelatina diet de sabores diferentes conforme a embalagem. &lt;br /&gt;Eu usei uva e abacaxi, eram as que eu tinha aqui,  e coloque em travessas em que você possa cortar em quadradinhos depois ( de 1,5cm ou 2cm de altura)&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Reserve na geladeira até o dia seguinte.  Se você agüentou esperar até o dia seguinte(rs), corte a gelatina em cubinhos, e com ajuda de uma espátula, retire-as da travessa e coloque em um pirex de vidro. Quanto mais colorida, mais bonito fica.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para o creme:&lt;br /&gt;1 potinho de iogurte Natural desnatado&lt;br /&gt;1 caixinha de gelatina diet( eu usei morango....pro creme ficar rosinha)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dissolva a gelatina em 200ml de aguá fervendo e espere amornar. Então leve ao liquidificador com o Iogurte Natural e bata por um minuto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Despeje o creme sobre os cubinhos de gelatina e volte pra geladeira até estar bem firme.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aí é só comer...rs. Me cuidei um pouco mais, pois já estava bem acima do peso e com isso engordei menos, mas cheguei ao mesmo peso de antes: 94kg.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Desde então, há 2 anos e 3 meses, venho lutando com a balança pra voltar ao meu peso de antes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Não quero pesar o que eu pesava quando era solteira( 61-63kg), mas quero chegar aos 66kg. E a foto do antes foi tirada qdo a minha filha mais nova tinha uns 3 meses...não me lembro ao certo o peso..mas acho q uns 88kg.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bom e assim eu continuo a minha luta!! Misture o queijo, o ovo, 2 colheres de farinha, o sal . Misture tudo com as mãos mesmo. Leve à geladeira por 30 minutos. Depois, acrescente o restante da farinha e a colher de azeite e amasse bem com as mãos. Eu não fiz bolinhas como no Cozinha Travessa...fiz do modo tradicional..fiz "minhoquinhas" e depois cortei com a faca. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Depois de prontas, ferva água com um pouco de sal e coloque as bolinhas delicadamente. Quando subirem, retire com a ajuda de uma espumadeira e coloque num refratário. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para o molho eu fiz um molho de carne moida comum...usei pouco óleo pra refogar a carne, alho e cebola pra temperar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ficou faltando manjericão. E o melhor: não pesa na barriga..rs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O meu sandubinha levou:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 fatias de pão integral preto&lt;br /&gt;1 fatia de ricota&lt;br /&gt;1 colher (chá) de maionese light&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres (sopa) de atum light&lt;br /&gt;1 colher  (café) de mostarda&lt;br /&gt;1 colher  (café) de shoyo&lt;br /&gt;cenoura ralada( ao seu gosto)&lt;br /&gt;Alface&lt;br /&gt;Rodelas de tomate&lt;br /&gt;orégano a gosto&lt;br /&gt;sal (se necessário, eu nem coloquei)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eu juntei a ricota, maionese, mostarda, shoyo e cenoura num processador e bati até virar uma pasta. Junte os legumes ja cozidos...e tb a acelga( cortada em quadradinhos).acrescente o restante do molho.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deixe a panela tampada por uns 5 min...num refratário coloque o macarrão e despeje o a mistura da panela por cima.
